What should I do if my account isn't loading?

Aconomy provides a dynamic platform for trading real-world assets in the form of Pi-NFTs. However, as with any digital service, users may occasionally encounter issues, such as their profiles not loading. Don't worry—resolving this problem is usually easy. This guide outlines common solutions to get your Aconomy profile back up and running.


Solution 1: Disconnect and Reconnect Your Wallet

Profile loading issues can often be caused by wallet connectivity problems. Here's how to fix it:


  • Step 1: In your wallet provider's extension, locate the "connected" field.

  • Step 2: Click on the three vertical dots next to your wallet and select "Disconnect this account."

  • Step 3: Return to Aconomy, click "Connect wallet" and follow the usual wallet connection process.

Solution 2: Update Your Browser or Device

Sometimes, outdated browsers or devices can prevent your profile from loading correctly due to outdated scripts or older versions of Aconomy. To resolve this:


  • Clear your browser’s cache.

  • If you're experiencing this issue on a specific device, clear the local storage or cache specific to Aconomy.

Solution 3: Verify Your Wallet and Extension

  • Step 2: Verify which wallet is connected to Aconomy by checking the "Connected" and "Active" statuses.

  • Step 3: If an unwanted wallet is connected, click on the three vertical dots next to the wallet and select "Disconnect this account."


After disconnecting, return to Aconomy and connect your preferred wallet.
